The Staff for the Paddy Crean Workshop are selected from people who have expressed interest in getting more involved in the “inner workings” of the workshop.  For anyone who is interested in being on the staff, the first step is to come to a Paddy!  Another option is to apply to be an workshop assistant, as that helps a lot but isn’t required.  The biggest way to let us know if you want to join our staff is to stop by the office a couple of times a day during the workshop and see if we need any help.  Being active on the Paddy social media sites as well as being a positive and passionate person are also helpful.
